We aim to deliver your favorite T-shirts and apparel quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and related details.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Deliveries to metro cities may arrive faster, while remote areas might take longer.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee (displayed at checkout) may apply.
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may not include any additional service charge.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your package anytime using that link.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.
Styleox will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Attempts

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you for coordination.
After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
